Previously held senior positions at HSBC, Credit Commercial de France, Banque Indosuez, and BSI Law and political science degrees from Université Saint-Joseph PhD in Law from Lyon II University in France in addition to a master's degree in political science Director, International Chamber of Commerce – ICC Beirut Lebanon.

Peter Greensmith

Chief Executive Officer

Peter has over 25 years’ experience in Investment Banking and is a well-known and respected advisor within the London small-cap and emerging companies sector. He spent several years in the Corporate Finance Depts of Greenwell Montagu and Hill Samuel, before joining Kleinwort Benson in 1991. Over the following 12 years at Kleinworts, Peter became the COO of the Global Research Department. He then went on to become a Director of the company (now Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein), responsible for European private equity and Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2003, Peter founded and was Executive Managing Director of Libertas Capital Group plc, a London quoted investment bank and Nominated Adviser (‘Nomad’), focused on advising and principal investments in the clean energy sector.

Peter joined the predecessor of Peterhouse in May 2008 as Chief Executive, overseeing the growth of the Company in the interim period from a client base of under ten companies to one now of nearly one hundred. Peter led the buy-out of Peterhouse Corporate Finance in July 2012. He is a Member of the Securities Institute.

Mark Anwyl

Managing Director

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the City, principally in Corporate Finance, Corporate Broking and Equity Capital Markets. He has acted for clients with market capitalisations of between £1.0 million and £4.0 billion on IPOs, debt and equity fundraisings, takeovers, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring.

Mark joined Peterhouse in January 2013 and previously worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Citigroup. Mark is a law graduate, with first-hand regulatory experience, having started his career at the London Stock Exchange.

Narisha Ragoonanthun

Chief Operating Officer

Narisha joined Peterhouse Capital in 2022. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the provision of audit and forensic audit, as well as in compliance, accounting, governance and financial reporting for UK-listed entities. She has previously worked at PwC, Ernst & Young and Welbeck Associates, and has also served in CFO and Non-Executive Director roles for UK-listed companies.

Narisha leads transactions from initiation to close and has considerable expertise in deal executions across products and sectors, including IPOs and RTOs, equity financing and restructuring.

Faisal Rajeh

Corporate Finance

Faisal started his career in 2015 as a relationship manager covering the GCC and wider MENA region’s sovereign wealth funds, and family offices.  Prior to joining Peterhouse Capital in 2021, Faisal led roles at LIBANK, BGC Partners, Abu Dhabi Investment Company (Invest AD) and SHUAA Capital.  Faisal holds a master’s degree in economics and finance from Brunel University, graduating in 2014.

Paul Brown

Director

Paul started in the City in 1981 as a trainee stockbroker with Mcanally Montgomery, he then joined S. Jenkins & Son on the trading floor of the London Stock Exchange as a Market Maker. After 7 years he moved to Kitkat & Aitken also market-making. In 1991 he joined Kleinwort Benson and then joined J P Jenkins. There, Paul and John Jenkins began trading unlisted shares which evolved into the Ofex Market which is now known as the Aquis Exchange Growth Market. He also ran the Aim market-making desk.

Martin Lampshire

Consultant, Corporate Broking

Martin started his City career in Lloyds Bank's Commercial Services division in 1989 after completing the ACIB qualification. In 1995 he moved into Corporate Broking, working for several city-based brokers including Teather & Greenwood, Charles Stanley, Hichens Harrison and Daniel Stewart. He has assisted many companies in a variety of equity raises including IPOs, secondary fundraisings, and vendor and private placings across a variety of sectors. Martin has also worked in a number of overseas financial centres including Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.

Mike Willis

Accountant

Mike looks after the accounting function at Peterhouse. He entered the profession in 1990 and has broad experience, most recently spending fifteen years working for a central London practice with a wide range of clients.
